Based on Talkin to the Moon by Bruno Mars. Well, I fell in love with the song as soon as she showed it to me. We both wanted to write something based on it. We hope we did justice to it and hope that you like too KC. I am posting this now b/c you wanted it right now. SO Enjoy! <3 - Roshni

"She loves me." Yunho muttered to himself over and over. "She said so...she said she loves me and will never leave me." He looked like a child curled up on the white bed; the cover was by his feet. He shivered now and then between words. It was getting really cold, but he didn't care about that. He just needed her, and only her. He couldn't wait until KC came back. She had only been gone for two days and he was already missing her like crazy. His heart ached from being away from her. He wished it was numb so he won't feel such a terrible pain.

“This time I will stop her, I will make sure she doesn't leave me again" Yunho reminded himself. When he felt a touch on his shoulder he immediately lit up “KC?"

Yunho turned around but his happiness withered away and died once again seeing that it wasn't her. He tried to push his hand away but couldn't...something was wrong...why couldn't he move his hand? He needed to get away from him; they all needed to get away from him.

“What are you doing to me? Let go!!!!!" Yunho struggled to free his hand, but the men won't let go. "Get away from me!!" Yunho pleaded “Where is KC? I just want KC." Yunho saw some more people crowd around him. None of them were KC. He felt suffocated by their presence. It was becoming harder for him to breathe. Yunho arched his body as he tried harder to break free. They were too strong for him. “KC!!!!!" Yunho screamed. “Where are you?" He cried. He felt a sharp pain.

All of a sudden Yunho calmed down seeing a familiar face in the crowd. "KC," Yunho whispered. KC looked at the people who were gathered around and all of them started leaving. He knew she would come and make everyone go away. "Where did you go? I missed you." Yunho said softly so only she could hear him. Her only response was a smile to him and it made him feel so much better and all was answered for him.

He smiled back. Then he remembered how she left him. “I am not going to talk you, why do you have to leave me like this? Why did you come back now?" Yunho turned his face the other way. A single tear slipped away. He hated this feeling He felt like dying would be easier. Everything felt so wrong without her, everything seemed so dark and cold, but when she was around everything seemed alright. He felt like smiling when he saw her smile. He really liked her smile, it was beautiful, and even though he was really mad at right now he felt like looking at her again. So he turned his head slowly to look at her. She wasn't there. He panicked for a second before noticing she was by the window, looking outside.

He wondered if she saw the same thing he saw; the moon gesturing for her to spill everything that was bothering her or tempting her to ask the moon to deliver messages. At night he sat gazing up at the moon spilling everything he wanted to say to KC. He could just imagine her replying back on the other side because the moon was carrying the messages. People thought he was crazy for doing such a thing. He wondered if she felt the same way. If she didn't then why did she keep leaving him? It really wasn't fair. Why didn't anyone believe him? She believed him...right...she must believe him. When she leaves he breaks down. He loved her more than anyone or anything in the world. If she knew...why did she leave him?

He got up and slowly tried to walk toward the window. His legs felt really heavy, too heavy for him to walk without holding on to something. She noticed. So she gave him her hand. Everything seemed right now. He held on to her hand tightly. KC arched her brow curiously. Yunho laughed. “Just so you don't get away this time". She smiled in response. He made a mental note to eat more next morning so he could regain his strength. Lately he has been so angry at her he stopped eating.

They sat by the window for hours. Tonight he didn't need to talk to the moon because she was here.

Morning came too soon and Yunho woke up alone. His heart ached terribly. He bit back a sob. Why did she never stay the night? He wondered how long he must endure this. What did he do? What is he getting punished for? Sometimes he didn't want her to come at all because he knew this is how it would feel when she left...but he couldn't live without her. Which pain was more...her not coming at all or her coming and leaving? He didn't know.

  1. Wow... My first reaction was speechless. i was speechless I didn't know what to say.

I read it and my heart breaks because i don't know (as a reader) why he is like this and why Kc is doing what she is.

It tugged my heart so bad because I could see it clearly in my mind.

my favorite part is when they sit and watch the moon together. It feels like its something they do everyday.

The most saddest part is when he wakes up and she is not there. Its like my heart is breaking all over again :'(

You both did a brilliant, mind blowing, heart tugging amazing piece of work. I love it. I love you both very very much. Well done. *pats both Rosh and Jouty on the back and gives tight hugs*

  2. Oh, love this story. So poetic and left me wondering about Yunho oppa's condition. So much irony. It's cool when a song inspires you to write such a beautiful story. Great job you guys!

  3. I loved the song!! I am glad we could make it sad. I could feel Yunho's pain too.

The whole KC issue comes down to interpretation.
