Hyun Joong walks into the room to see KC crying on the sofa. His heart stars to break for her. He walks towards her and tries to put his hands on her shoulders but she pushes his hands away and stands up.

“I put my heart in front of you after I promised myself I wouldn’t.” KC screams at Hyun Joong.

“KC, what are you talking about?” Hyun Joong asks surprised.

“I was just a mission? A bet? To see if you can make me trust you?” KC asks in a whisper.

“What are you talking about?” Hyun Joong looks at her shocked that she would even think like that.

“I heard you and your friends talking. How could you? I took a chance with my heart.” KC asks defeated.

I am more than just a number.

I doubt you’ll find another

So, every single summer,

I’ll be the one you remember.

“I am done waiting.” KC says and walks out of there.

Hyun Joong runs after her and stops her. “Listen to me. You heard wrong. We weren’t talking about you or me. They were talking about a show we’re planning. I would never do anything to hurt you KC.”

KC looks at Hyun Joong for a few minutes before she stumbles in his arms.
His arms go around her and all the tears, terror and pain flow out from her.
