12th Century New York.

This is a busy little town that always has travellers. In the heart of this town lies a small potion and charm shop called Magic Maker. Usually this shop opens at 12 but today there is an unusual occurrence happening.
At the back of the shop a young angry woman dressed in a coral coloured dress banging on the door.

Sunny: Get your devious backside down here you witch.

Upstairs a young lady with long black hair, pale skin and big brown eyes is getting out of her bed.

Jouty: I’m going to turn her into a frog... then she can croak all she likes.

Jouty goes down to open the door.

Jouty: (eyes blazing) what is it?

Sunny: How dare you?

Jouty: how dare I what?

Sunny: how dare you try to steal my man?

Jouty: that puny insect?

Sunny: you witch... (She slaps Jouty)

Jouty brings her blazing eyes to look at Sunny’s red face.

Jouty: (in a quiet but deadly voice) who told you I tried to steal your man?

Sunny: your stupid magic maker charm....

Jouty: Sunny you better leave... but listen to me I plan on finding out who has been charming my charms beside me... you better keep a hold of you man coz an evil is lurking...

With that Jouty slams the door and returns to her bed room. She freshens up and changes into her best dress. She then casts a circle.

Jouty: In this day and this hour I call upon the ancient power. Guide me now and guide me true to the magic makers brew.

Suddenly there is smoke and then an empty room

21st century New York

Magic Maker is booming. There is a queue of people waiting to get in. And inside there are 2 waiters and 2 waitresses all dressed very casually taking orders, a bar girl dressed in a sexy red dress serving drinks, 3 chefs in the kitchen serving food at breath taking speed and the owner dressed very casually in jeans and a blue shirt welcoming and socialising with his customers. Suddenly there is a big BOOM in the kitchen.

Jaejoong: Yoochun you better get in here?

Yoochun walks thru the kitchen door to find Jaejoong, Changmin and KC looking at a very beautiful woman wearing a peasant dress.

Yoochun: who are you?

Jouty: where am I? How did I get here?

KC: you are at magic makers... the busiest restaurant in New York....

Jouty: New York?

Yoochun: Miss you’ll have to leave the kitchen... you are not authorised to be here....

Jaejoong: And what way is she going to leave by? She just appeared...

Jouty: what year is this?

Yoochun: 2008

Jouty: Oh my God... How did my spell backfire?

Yoochun: spell?

Jouty: yeah... Sunny wanted to know why I was trying to steal her man.

Apparently one of my charms told her I was trying to steal him... as if he’s a puny insect...

Nain: Yoochun what’s going on we need you out here?

Jouty: (shocked) Sunny... I knew it... this is all your doing?

Nain: do I know you?

Jouty: (getting angry) Sunny stop it... this is not funny...

Nain: look I don’t know who you are but I am likely to kick your backside later on. Yoochun lets go...

Jouty looks around the room that has strange machines. Suddenly her eyes fall on the brick wall to her left and on one of the bricks that has a pentagram on it.

Jouty: Oh my god... it’s still here

She walks to the brick and presses her thumb into the middle

Jouty: something wicked comes this way

The bricks start to move and a secret hole comes in sight. Inside there is a book, a few candles and crystals. She removes them and smiles.

Yoochun: How... what?

Jouty: looks like I ended up in my shop. A couple of centuries in the future. This is my book of shadows and my favourite candles and crystals.

Yoochun: you are a witch?

Jouty: well... yeah... that’s how I ended up here.

Jaejoong: Ok can we talk about this later... like after we have closed....

KC: yeah... what did you say your name was?

Jouty: I didn’t but its Jouty...

KC: right Jouty you go out and sit at the bar...

Changmin: uh uh... let her go and sit in Yoochun’s apartment.

Yoochun: no way... for all I know she is a thief...

Jaejoong: come-on only someone who knows this place would know about the pentagram. We have tried many times to see what was behind it but we never could and I thought it pulled you.

Yoochun: [thinking] she is sooooooooooo beautiful... even more beautiful than my dreams... how can I tell these guys that I have been dreaming about her. [Sarcastically] if you want to put her somewhere put her in your apartment.

Jouty: Can’t you guys just find me a place when I can light my candles and try to get back to my time

Yoochun: NO... I mean... you might need our help... and maybe you were brought here for a reason

Jouty: you may be right... but...

Yoochun: no buts... [Takes her hand] let’s go to my apartment you can rest there and when we have closed I’ll call and maybe we can help you

Jouty: Thank you...

Jaejoong: well at least we now know who he is always day dreaming about

Yoochun take her upstairs to his apartment. The room looks familiar to Jouty. She feels an energy that pulls to her. She feels like she has known this energy since the begging of time.

Jouty: do you practice?

Yoochun: practice?

Jouty: yeah magic...

Yoochun: yeah I belong to a coven

Jouty: [looking excited] your coven must be strong...

Yoochun: [shrugs] yeah when we want to be

Jouty: what about your circle?

Yoochun: my circle is very tight. We meditate together but most of the time we create our magic thru music.

Jouty: [softly] I would love to meet them

Yoochun: [smiles] well you are in luck since you have already met 4 of them.

Jouty: no I haven’t.

Yoochun: Jaejoong, Changmin, KC and Nain are part of the circle.

Jouty: [looks serious] I feel like I know KC really well...

Yoochun: [thinking] why don’t you remember me? I know I have come in your dreams...

Jouty: [snaps her fingers in front of Yoochun’s face] where did u go?

Yoochun: uh... no where... I am just here

Jouty: I think you shud get back down... while I meditate

Yoochun: if you need anything... just shout

Jouty: Okay I will do that... now go...

Yoochun: see you in awhile [waves to Jouty and leaves]

Jouty: [thinking] he’s more handsome then he looks in my dreams

As the restaurant booms downstairs Jouty meditates to search for the evil that has brought her here. After an hour KC and a very tall and handsome guy come upstairs.

Jouty: hey guys...

KC: Jouty meet Yunho... Yunho this is Jouty... Jouty this is my husband...

Yunho and Jouty shake hands.

Yunho: nice to meet you

Jouty: your energies they seem to be in harmony... you guys must really be in sync with each other.

KC: [takes Yunho’s Hand] we try and meditate everyday... mostly at night although my husband here most has other ideas.

Jouty: I know this might sound random... I feel like I know you. Would you know why? Your aura says to me that we may have been friends in a past life.

KC: Maybe... I have just started to see aura’s you must be pretty powerful.

Jouty: practice... maybe we can meditate together.

KC: yeah sure... anyways we brought you something to eat.

Yunho: yeah KC made her favourite... Biryani.

Jouty: oh oh I absolutely love Biryani...

KC: well you relax and enjoy while we go back to work...

Yunho: see you in awhile... I think the last customers should be leaving soon so we’ll clear up and come up.

KC: [looks at Yunho] right now if I remember correctly it’s your turn to throw out the rubbish.

Yunho: [looks innocent] really I hadn’t checked the rota... [He looks away]

KC: you big liar... get down now...

Yunho: [looks at Jouty] maybe when you meditate together you can program her to show me a bit more sympathy.

KC: [Sternly] YUNHO....Lets go.

Yunho: Ok I am off

KC and Yunho leave while Jouty sits down to eat. When she puts the first morsel in her mouth the taste is familiar. Jouty decides to use her power to see how she knows KC. She sits down in her circle and goes into deep meditation. Her spirit goes back to 12th century New York.

“Jouty... hurry I made Biryani”

Jouty: coming coming...

Jouty goes into the kitchen to find KC at the stove. She is putting the rice in the serving dish.

Jouty: so what are you going to do now?

KC: I don’t know. Ever since that slapper took him away from me I can’t function. I do know that I am going to help you find this evil thing.

Jouty comes back to Yoochun’s apartment. She starts planning on how she is going to track this evil down. She looks around to find some paper and a pen to sketch her plan out. An hour passes and Jouty is so engrossed in
her planning that she doesn’t realise that Yoochun has come up.

Yoochun: [looking over Jouty’s shoulder] you look busy.

Jouty: [jumps up] you really shouldn’t do that... you could have killed me.

Yoochun: [sits next to Jouty] so whatcha doing?

Jouty: well I am working on a plan. I found out how I know KC. I need a favour though. Can you get your circle up here tonight? I know it’s late but it is very important. Actually get them here but I want to do a cleansing of this place with you before they come.

Yoochun: well all the members of my circle are downstairs. They all work for me. So let’s do the cleansing ritual then I shall call them.

Jouty: [gets up] that’s fine with me.

Jouty casts a circle using salt. Yoochun enters the circle and as they join hands they feel this energy connect them. They begin the cleansing chant and while they cleanse the room they cleanse their souls as well.

Yoochun: [still holding Jouty’s hand] wow that was... I have never experienced that before.

Jouty: [softly] neither have I

Yoochun: [stares at Jouty. She looks pale but glows at the same time.] Are you ok?

Jouty: [looks up at Yoochun] yeah I feel energetic. Thank you for doing this ritual with me.

Yoochun: I enjoyed every minute of it. [He winks at her] now should we go and call the others.

They both go down and coming through the door is sound of Music.

Jouty: [claps] wow you guys are really good.

Xiah: its better when Yoochun is here.

Yoochun: this is what we do most nights after closing up. Sit relax sing a few songs.

Jouty: wow you guys are lucky that you have each other.

KC: well you are lucky too cause now you have us too.

Yunho: yah you have us

Yoochun: well are you guys all up for some hocus pocus?

Changmin: yeah I sure am... I have some energy I need to expend...

Jaejoong: [looks cheekily at Changmin then at Salma] wouldn’t you rather expend it some other way? [Winks at Salma and Salma blushes] but to answer Yoochun’s question... yeah I am ready Rosh?

Roshni: yeah [she looks at KC and Yunho]

KC: we are... I think we should do this... all in favour say aye

All: Aye

KC: let’s head upstairs then

They all trudge upstairs except Yoochun and Jouty.

Yoochun: I just wanted to say I know you

Jouty: I know you too. You have come to me before.

Yoochun: when this is over....

Jouty: I have to go back. I don’t belong here.

Yoochun: you belong here with me.

Jouty: No I belong back in my time

Yoochun: Jouty...

Jouty: let’s get this over with. After we will sit down and talk about it.

Yoochun: ok but don’t expect me to back down so easily.

Jouty: I wouldn’t have thought so.

They both go up and join the others.

Jouty: before we enter the circle you need to know that this evil I am
looking for is strong. Any one of us could get hurt.

Nain: we aren’t scared. I’m ready to kick some evil a**

Salma: Together we are strong so it can’t hurt us.

Changmin: Salma is right... together we are strong and since all of us
share a strong don there is no way this evil can hurt us

Yunho: yeah so let’s do this.

Jouty: ok first when we enter the circle we need to join hands and concentrate. We need to build as much energy as we can. When I feel we have enough energy I will start to search of this evil. Be prepared for anything.

The gang enter the circle and join hands concentrating on building the energy. The room grows quiet and starts to glow. After 20 minutes Jouty starts to chant a Celtic spell and a vision comes to everyone’s mind. Jouty is standing with Yoochun in 12th century New York. The scene shows Yoochun leaving a tearful Jouty telling her he doesn’t love her. That he loves Lia. The scene then shifts to a dark room where a young lady wearing black is dipping charms into a black potion.

Lia: She took him away from me. No matter how hard I tried she still took him away from me. Now I will ruin her. Naina has already been to her. She will now feel pain like she has never felt before.

Suddenly there is a blast of energy and the circle is broken. KC is on the floor with her head in her hands and Jouty is lying down looking pale. Salma is holding on to Changmin really tight. Jaejoong has Roshni in his arms while Xiah had latched onto Yunho. Naina was standing still and Yoochun was on his knees. Slowly everyone came out the shock and Yoochun ran to Jouty.

Yoochun: [putting Jouty’s head on his lap] are you ok?

Jouty: yeah... I never knew...

Yoochun: it’s ok

Yunho: [went to where KC was sitting.] Are you ok baby?

KC: [looks up at Yunho] did u see her? It was my lil sis Lia. How could she do this?

Yunho: we have to stop her otherwise she could hurt any of us.

KC: yeah any idea’s Jouty?

Jouty: the only way to is to bind her powers.

Yoochun: that could be potentially dangerous.

Jouty: I know but I only need her hair.

The gang all sit down and relax while planning on the next steps. KC agrees to get Lia’s hair for Jouty. After agreeing on what protection spells and binding spells to use everyone starts to head home.

KC: [looks at Jouty] I thought if you want you could come over and stay at ours.

Jouty: Thanks but I need to stay here and perform a cleansing ritual. I don’t want any negative energy in this room.

KC: ok good night. I’ll see you guys tomorrow.

2 days later KC comes with a clip of Lia’s hair. Jouty starts the final preparations. Just as she is starts...

Lia: You will never bind my powers.

Jouty: [standing confident] I can and I will. Just watch me.

Lia in her anger summons a fire ball with her powers and sends it towards Jouty but KC comes in the way and gets hit on the arm.

Lia: KC NOOOOOOOOOOO [runs towards KC]

Jouty and Yunho both go to KC. Yunho takes KC in his arms and looks at Lia.
Yunho: look what you have done.

Jouty taking advantage of the distraction enters her circle. She does the protection spell and then starts the binding spell and before anyone knows what’s happening Lia’s powers are bound. Yoochun looks at Jouty and see’s her start to sway. He rushes to her. Her face is pale and she is sweating.

Yoochun: Jouty... are you ok? [Picks her up and lays her on the couch.]

Jouty: [whispers] I am ok... just weak... I need to regain my energy...

Yoochun: [picks her hands] just close your eyes [starts to concentrate and in within minutes Jouty has colour in her cheeks]

Jouty: [smiles] thank you...

Yoochun: I thought I lost you... don’t you ever do that again.

Jouty: I won’t

Yoochun: I love you....

Jouty: I love you too... but I still have to go back.

Yoochun: [pleads] please stay with me...

Jouty: [tears in her eyes] I can’t

Yoochun: ok then I’ll just have to come back to the 12th century with you.

Jouty: Oh Yoochun how can I ask you to do that?

Yoochun: then make up your mind because I can’t live without you

Jouty: I love you and I choose to stay here with you and your family.

Yoochun bends down and kisses her tenderly.

Yoochun: I will love you for all time because you are the melody of my soul.
